California First Lady Caught Using Cellphone While Driving
October 15, 2009 | Fullerton, California | Vetting explained
Opps, that's a big no no in California to be caught using your cellphone while driving. Imagine doing that while you are the First Lady of California, married to Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger who by the way enacted this law. TMZ took this picture of Maria. Governor Schwarzenegger is not happy. Maria was caught trying to hide the phone from rolling cameras. This is actually the second time she has been caught by cameras. No fines imposed, not because she's a Kennedy, but because the police haven't caught her, yet.

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
on air, or on any of CNN's platforms.
