Beginning of autumn
October 15, 2009 | Vlissingen, Netherlands | Vetting explained
Just a nice picture of a mushroom as first sign of autumn and coming winter in Vlissingen, the Netherlands.
About this kind of mushroom (the one with the red 'hood') toddlers are told that gnomes are lving in them. There is even a childrens song about it: "On a large mushroom, red with white dots, a gnome is swinging, untill the mushroom cracks".

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
on air, or on any of CNN's platforms.
