Please take note of how a man handles the situation.  Once he gets traded so both parties can pursue their own interest he is right back to being a good guy.

If you look at what he said about the Broncos it was complete class.  He understands that personal relationships is bigger than spite and hostility.  He congratulates the Broncos and the players.  He speaks highly of the coach he could not get along with.  Why?  It's simple.  Why not?  He is in a better situation for him (wins and losses are a much smaller footnote to the persons happiness.)  He can be happy for others professionally and personally without letting his own situation effect it.

He plays with Ocho, but tips his hat and let's Chad win.  He understands you can play without taking it personal.  You can play without putting up bulletin board material.

This is what  a NFL quarterback and a role model should be.  Smart enough to know when to play, when to fight, and when to be friends.
