The Day Tesla Came to Town

CNN producer note
PHAmanNYC told me, "There was 42 grand in tax rebates in Colorado that would let people buy a Tesla by years end. I overheard someone after a test drive mentioning that. It was nice to see that effect of that announcement from the state government of someone looking at a $100,000 car."

"The Day Tesla Came to Town"
The New Tesla Motors Gallery in Boulder, Colorado
Hey all,
I know it's been awhile since my last post, however, I'm back with something interesting from Boulder…a new gallery on historic Pearl Street featuring Telsa Motors incredible electric motor vehicles.
Just a couple hours' drive from Colorado Springs where Nikola Tesla made some of his revolutionary breakthroughs in electrical science, Boulder seems a logical choice for this "rebel" company making electric cars. I've already seen at least one Tesla Roadster Sport around town -- a community that prides itself on enlightened views regarding the environment and social commitments to preserving the fragile ecosystem of our planet.
Adding to this the fact that the State of Colorado sweetened the electric car pot just this past week by announcing $42,000 in tax rebates for those who purchase a new Tesla before the end of the year and you get the seemingly perfect place at the perfect time for a new gallery such as this...
Local news and local color have turned out in force since the 22nd, the day the gallery's doors opened. This morning was no exception…
I hope you enjoy and, if you live in Colorado, you've got just a little over 2 months left for that $42K rebate!!!
Cheers,
PHAmanNYC (in Boulder, CO)
