The Cathedral of All Saints in Mamayev Kurgan, Volgograd (former Stalingrad), RF.
It's a 100ft-high Russian Orthodox Cathedral located just below Mother Russia (The Motherland) Statue.
It was opened in May 2005
50 years after the WWII Victory Day, May 9th 1945
