by twomucht,

My name is Tom Livsey. I'm a news editor for several news sites, and a CNN Superstar iReporter.

Last week I received a new modem from Comcast. Little did I know that this change in modems would trigger an onslaught of wireless problems for my other computers on my home network. After sixty minutes on the phone with a Comcast technical operator, I was still unable to resolve my wireless problem.

Well, today I contacted Linksys Support Center. Though I live in a time zone 12 hours behind that of the Philippines, a technical angel named Shiela Mie Empleo, was right on TIME ...Fuve Star!

She was so helpful and courteous. This is an oxymoron normally when it comes to customer service. Shiela made pleasant conversation while waiting for upgrading my router and configuring my network. Though I was dreading to do  the complicated phone process, Shiela Mie Empleo made it easy to do..".A Piece of Cake".

Understand, I am in the service industry, and I know about customer service. When I receive bad service, I take appropriate action, by complaining. However, when I receive excellent customer service, I write an article and let the world know about that company's service.

So world, Linksys has stellar customer service for their wireless products. Well trained operators, and has an angel named Shiela Mie Empleo working for them.

Linksys should give her a promotion right away.
