Congratulations President Bush in your new job as motivational speaker.
October 28, 2009 | Gulf Coast, Mississippi | Vetting explained
Welcome to modern politics..
Presidents, Vice-Presidents and on down the line abruptly and conscientiously start their speaking tours after leaving office.
Good for Bush, Powell and other members of the former administration.
I'm not the type to hold onto hatred or animosity toward former heads of state or individuals for that matter..Too much negative energy.
Remember as you project negative energy on others self absorbed reserves rise like the tides of an angry ocean.
For many years I definitely would have been considered anti-Bush especially with regards to the preposterous fatuous wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
However,
I feel holding grudges or making one's self feel better with derogatory statements is not healthy in making our lives whole and moving forward in life with a positive karma.
If present in my area it would be an honor for me to listen to George Bush, Bill Clinton or any other former head of state. Absolutely the same for Obama once his term is up.
All of these men held or hold a position very few in history have shared and deserve respect even if only for the office.
Peace be with you.
