The Obama Effect in Chicago (Part 1)
October 30, 2009 | Chicago, Illinois | Vetting explained
This is more of a photojournalism project than a news report.
But one year after Obama's win, men of various ages in Chicago deal with some recurring problems.
I didn't have time to interview folks, but I plan to do for part 2. I just got tired of folks submitting iReports under this category that had NOTHING to do with the subject at hand.

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
on air, or on any of CNN's platforms.
