Momma Joanna Hayes is being held in the Gwinnett County jail on charges of gunning down 25-year-old Heather Allen Strube in a Snellville parking lot.
After months of investigation, all evidence lead back to the disgruntled mother-in-law. Hayes' son was going through a divorce and custody battle with Strube at the time of the murder.
