Hermosa Beach - California Hates Chicago?

These photos show a banner that was hung in a shopping center in Hermosa Beach, California at the corner of Pacific Coast Highway and Aviation Blvd. Hermosa Beach is having a City Council Election next Tuesday, November 3rd. The person who owns the shopping center, Roger Bacon, is waging a personal, and somewhat dirty, war against City Councilman Michael Keegan. It is not clear if Mr. Bacon dislikes only Michael Keegan, or all people from Chicago.
