Crime in Family Courts and lower courts
October 31, 2009 | San Jose, California | Vetting explained
A tactic the lower courts utilize in Human Trafficking cases are "DELAY." They delay the case and make sure the non abusive parent cannot see their child without supervised visitation. The lower court and family court services have a list of mal practice doctors they work with. The mal practice doctors will intentionally miss diagnose the parent either " Delusional or Bipolar. This causes more psychologically damage to the psychologically healthy parent.
Another tactic is to psychologically damage the abusive parent by utilizing the lower court physically. The lower court is the ideal place to cause psychological damages to the non abusive parent. Innocent defenseless children are also assigned to mal practice doctors from the list. What takes place inside stays inside.
There is an on going case in California.
HUMAN TRAFFICKING. TRAFFIC CHILDREN TO MURDERS,** RAPISTS**, ABUSERS, (FOSTER PARENTS TO GAIN MONETARY INCENTIVES)
