Shaune Bordere Serves As EEO Counselor For US Census Bureau

Ms. Shaune Bordere serves as the Dallas Regional Census Center Equal Employment Opportunity Specialist and Counselor for the trisate region of Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas. She administered and resovled EEO and labor complaints from a 75,000 member staff involving managers and supervisors throughout the region. Ms. Bordere's background as a law school graduate and experience in equal employment opportunity well prepared her for her role and duties. Ms. Bordere has served successfully during her tenure and her work as a hands on trainer continues to impact the daily activities in the EEO Division.
