November 1, 2009 | New York, New York | Vetting explained
These guys and girls took part in a race that spans New York City- from the foot of the Verrazano Bridge in Staten Island to Central Park in Manhattan- hitting Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx. Millions of people along the route cheered for them, without even knowing them.
They made it to the park, and I took pictures of them on Central Park West as they came out.
Everyone of them with a medal- every one a winner!
