On Biden's visit he told me, 'It was exciting. We never get the Vice President or President in Watertown. When they come, they fly into Wheeler Sac Air Force Base on Ft. Drum and then fly out.'

Watertown, NY doesn't have Presidents or Vice President visit very often. It was different to see the Secret Service, NY State Police snipers, Sheriff's Department and Police helicopters surrounding the one hour event for the benefit of Bill Owens, Democratic candidate for Congress.
