Kasim Reed at Caribou Coffee in Atlanta
November 3, 2009 | atlanta, Georgia | Vetting explained
CNN producer note
samirperez had this chance sighting of Atlanta mayoral candidate Kasim Reed on the morning of the election: 'I was at the Caribou Coffee on 10th and Piedmont and I guess there were people on that corner with their signs and they came in to get coffee, and there was Kasim Reed as well, and I just took a picture of him.'
- hhanks, CNN iReport producer
I was in Caribou in Midtown Atlanta and some of Kasim Reed's people came in for coffee, nothing out of the ordinary, when the man himself came into the place. He went around and talked to people and I was able to capture this picture of him talking to a gentleman working on his laptop. Go Kasim!

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
on air, or on any of CNN's platforms.
