Escape from Obesity: Battling Binge Eating Disorder
November 3, 2009 | United States | Vetting explained
I am a 40-year-old mother of five children. After being a child and teen without any weight problems, I've battled binge eating disorder for over a decade. From my high weight of 280 pounds, I've been able to drop 60. By changing what I ate and how much, introducing exercise and working through the emotional issues attached to binge eating, I have been able to get control of my life again. I hope to reach others struggling with this much-misunderstood eating disorder. There is hope. You can win this battle. Never give up.
