Swine Flu, Smine Flu
November 4, 2009 | N. Florida, Florida | Vetting explained
Folks, here's a reality check for you...
STOP believing all that the media is putting out there on the "Swine Flu", my bad, let me be politically correct, H1N1 . Really folks, YOU NEED TO GET A DANG GRIP!
This is no worse than the "regular flu". The media, like Washington want you paranoid; the more paranoid Americans get, the more the Gov't can jump in and say "Sure, we'll take care of you; we'll protect you". Yea, lets just hand them power on a silver platter with our paranoia. That makes a crap load of sense to me. NOT.
This is a scare tactic, just like the Mad Cow Disease and MARS years back. Its the friggin' flu and just like the friggin' flu, I have no plans to pay someone to inject me with the virus. That's right folks, whether its the regular flu shot or the "H1N1" shot, you're paying a doctor or nurse to inject you with the virus. Riiiiiiiight, now that makes loads of sense right there!
The regular flu kills worse than H1N1 yet you don't see the hype about that. A grip is needed by everyone. Stop believing CNN, MSNBC, CBS, & NBC. Oh my gosh I can't stop laughing, actually I should stop, it's pathetic the paranoia taking place over this.

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
on air, or on any of CNN's platforms.
