Saluting Gus Kartsonas, my friend and colleague
November 5, 2009 | UNKNOWN | Vetting explained
I would like to salute US Air Force Major Gus Kartsonas, a Commander in the 932nd Maintenance Operations Flight division.
Gus is my colleague at Ernst & Young (EY) and we have worked together for a few years. Gus is currently on leave from EY and we are so proud of him and support him while he is serving our country.
I miss my friend and colleague and wish him best of health and safety while honoring his country and all of us at EY.

The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
on air, or on any of CNN's platforms.
