Forest Library Safest as Announced at 10 Year Event
November 5, 2009 | Lynchburg, Virginia | Vetting explained
I, Ishah Wright, found Forest Library the safest in the nation in an undercover investigation and announce it in here for all to appreciate and follow such an example. Here Forest Library in Lynchburg, Virginia, USA is also celebrating its "10 years with friends and community." I organized a national community watch and I have recent certifications on the record now in the certification authentication with the Secretary of Virginia, New York and DC. Kyle is the "angel" in this video. I dedicate this video also to my son, Jason Sam "Ish."

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
on air, or on any of CNN's platforms.
