Sunny Days
November 5, 2009 | Reno, Nevada | Vetting explained
Hi Nancy!!! I absolutely love your show. You are an idol for all of us. You are an inspiration, a saving grace, and a ROCK for every woman in America!!!!
I sometimes wish I wasn't so addicted to the news because it causes me to worry so much about the one thing that keeps me alive...my beautiful 6 year old daughter, Noelani. I fear the worst everyday, yet that fear feeds my ambition to protect her at any cost. I instill in her the education that some parents unfortunately do not. I let her know that danger exists at every corner. She knows, vaguely (due to her age), about the bad things that could happen to her.
Its unfortunate that we cannot even allow our children to play unattended in our own front yards anymore. I don't even leave her unattended in my back yard. I'm that terrified that she will be snatched from me in an instant. I don't know if my "caution" is a blessing or a curse. I do, however, pity the poor fool that attempts to hurt my child. I'm a Leo and I am a full fledge Lioness. I think I would literally tear that person apart.
Anyways...We love your show. Thank you for your dedication, your heart and spirit.
Sincerely,
Brandy & Noelani

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
on air, or on any of CNN's platforms.
