Human Trafficking Case Currently in Court of Appeals, Evidence Removed.
November 7, 2009 | San Jose, California | Vetting explained
Eight days deadline for Objection has past. Court of Appeals, the head Justice has over ruled the defendant's motion amd suspended the case. I have filed for objection with 8 days deadline for everybody to respond. Not one person involved in this case has responded. Deadline past. No response from the head Justice. Documents, evidence missing from the clerks transcript prepared by the Superior Court of California Santa Clara County for the Court of Appeals. Evidence removed. Who had access to removing the evidence from the Clerks Transcripts ?
More to come.
Human Trafficking. A young girl has already died recently for being human trafficked to a rapist murderer. There will not be Justice for any children until this case is to come to a complete end.

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
on air, or on any of CNN's platforms.
