November 8, 2009 The Honorable Hillary Clinton Secretary of State 2201 C St., N.W. Rm. 7226 Washington, DC 20520 Re: Paying for the National Health Care  Secretary Clinton: Congratulations Health Care Bill: As this bill, comes before the US Senate in The Republican Renaissance,  The two biggest arguments, are government take-over (aka: loss of  healthcare insurer jobs), and how are we going to foot the 1.2 trillion  dollar accruements.  Well some private jobs will be replaced by federal  stable union jobs and pensions, others by individual state regulatory  checks and balances, and the private sector, by efficient computerized  network technology, that will create a surplus of monies in the private  sector and federal funds, that will be re-tooled in research and  development of antidotal panacea miracle drugs.  The deficit will then  decrease as all Americans live healthier lives, save money, and are more  proficient performers in labor skills, stress and agile intelligence.   Which in these two factors, as health costs decrease  by long-term and  widening antidotes, and by the ounce of prevention factor, which will  include smarter human development, and fewer acts of delinquencies and  extensive resilience defense factors, of the entire body and culture of  America. Still there is the tax the people concept, that weakens thee economy and  capital resources.  I repeat, like the warship built with World Trade  Center steel, the bottle bill should be expanded, in the aluminum, plastic  and glass container arena, and on fountain drinks to the tune of ten cents  (worthwhile, responsible returns?) across the entire United States or all  Fifty States.  That is green and not waste, that returns to products of  green alternatives, such as the mass production of solar panels, and more  independence for America and it's capital savings and profit consumer  spending.   Hence healthcare becomes a boon in the economic sector and oil  dependency, and the global emissions act.  I assure you with all these  factors involved, the healthcare bill will quickly turn a profit in  federal and societies burdens as you acclaim a renaissance.  Get active,  evolve and become civilized and dwell in free enterprise and a new  independence.
