My imprint on the wall
November 8, 2009 | Berlin, Germany | Vetting explained
This photo was taken during my visit in Berlin in the summer of 2004. Looking at the wall, I can't explain how cold it could have been to be part of either side. Now part of the wall still remains in Berlin to help people remember what has happened and could still happen in the future.

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
on air, or on any of CNN's platforms.
