It's the first "Real 3 - D" version of the Dickens Classic, that has been made into countless Films and TV movies. (Excuse The Crying Baby On The Review!)
Jim Carrey stars as Ebenezer Scrooge, and the CGI is so realistic, I thought him and the other characters were real lol! BUT - This movie is not for most kids under 9! "Bambi" is kindergarten compared to this dark, scary picture that actually rivals Tim Burton when it comes to the creeps. But it is much better for adults - the plot is way over most youngsters heads anyway. Please heed the PG 13 Rating. The happy ending does help - but the little ones were restless and scared. Grade: B

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
on air, or on any of CNN's platforms.
