SWC Teachers suspended after peacefully protesting with students

4 professors at Southwestern College in Chula Vista, California were wrongfully suspended after peacefully protesting with students against the schools proposed budget costs that ultimately cut 429 classes for the spring 2010 semester. Southwestern College is caught in for allegedly having a 50 by 50 yard "free speech zone" which is in violation of 1st amendment rights. Within the next 3 weeks following the October 22 rally, more protest have been issued to promote free speech at the campus.
