iReport —

Hello, My name is Shnea Warner. I am 19 years old. I was adopted when my parents past away, the state then was responsible for providing me with health insurance, I turned 18 years old August 17th of last year and I was emancipated, they cut off my insurance. I went a entire year with out health insurance, I lived in foster care and in group homes for part of my life, and the services they provided me with helped me with health care. I was recently with, All Kids family heath care and because I turned 19, I was immediately  cut off. I don't know what to do, I have diabetes, asthma, and ulcers on my kidneys, I have a lot of health issues and I don't have a healthcare physician. I go to the emergency room when I get extremely sick, and they can't provide me with what I need because it's the emergency room, I am to the top with bills from the emergency room, I am not employed, My blood sugars are extremely high, I do not have a diet plan, I am suppose to see a nutritionist regularly. I am having a lot of issues.I don't know what to do, I am afraid I am going to have more severe medical problems, because I don't have a health care physician who can provide me with check ups. I really don't know what to do or where to turn so if I can be helped in any way possible. I will be forever thankful.
