Students at City College of San Francisco Protest Fee Hikes and budget cuts
November 20, 2009 | San francisco, California | Vetting explained
CCSF Walkout and Rally to fight against Budget Cut.
Ella Thu Tran, student at Community College of San Francisco,
reports that Fees will go from 20$ per unit to
proposed 60$ per unit, which will prevent some students
from graduating next year for lack of funds.
Summer classes will be eliminated altogether for lack of funds.
The number of classes offered will be cut, and as a consequence
some students will not have enough classes to graduate
in the field of their choice. Classes will be overcrowded.
