man wrongfully convicted of capital murder
November 23, 2009 | Virginia | Vetting explained
David w. boyce is now serving two life terms. was convicted of capital murder 19 years ago in virginia. in 2005 boyce filed a petition asking for new trial. not only does none of the evidence from the murder tie to boyce but the witness against boyce called boyces attorney and said he lied at the behest of police which was recorded. This story needs to be heard because clearly this man is innocent and yet still wongfully keep him incarcerated.
