Netspend down, no funds, no customer service, no website

Netspend Corproation, an Austin TX based prepaid banking service, went completely offline early this evening.
Customers are unable to access their funds or use their cards. The http://www.netspend.com is totally down. The customer service phone number 1-877-814-7664 has a message about technical difficulties.
