Netspend system declines all cards, embarrasses americans all over
November 25, 2009 | Torrance, California | Vetting explained
Today, my girlfriend went to do some last minute grocery shopping at Ralphs in torrance. After all of her shopping, she went to pay for all the groceries, and the most embarrassing thing happens, the worst thing, the card was declined. I knew there was sufficient funds, so I had no worries at all, until she called me to verify my pin which she's had for 2 years and has never changed, and she tried 3 times and still declined, i tried to access my account online, and could not connect, so i called and just was told that there were technical difficulties and technicians were working on it, mean time, all the Netspend customers who are trying to do their last minute shopping are all declined and most dont have other funds, i've posted on facebook and there are thousands of people who are embarrassed and upset and Netspend has ruined the holidays for many families across america, Netspend should pay for all the embarrasment that people have to suffer and especially its the day before thanksgiving, there is no more time left. Thank u for listening to me, i hope everyone posts this and it is heard everywhere
