My name is Dano iFergus.  I'm an actor here in Hollywood.  There is a property site location located in Downey CA.....Downey Studios (2004 to 2009).  I worked at this studio in June 08,2009 to June 24,2009 (13 days).  On Production , Iron Man 2 (release Summertime 2010).  This Studio is on 94acres site that for 70years was a NASA / AEROSPACE site.   This worksite that was once a NASA / AEROSPACE facility which government documents show was used to develop neutron bombs,rocket fuel, missiles, and delta rockets from 1929 to the mid 1990's and was the first site of the first nuclear reactor in the State of California.  The site with a little publicly known 70 years history of contamination was downgraded from a Superfund to a Brownfield site.  Documents show the historic impact of the contamination in both soil & groundwater that was found on this 94 acre-site.  Now , it is the worksite for non-union to union workers including movie industry workers and hospital employees ( a new Kaiser Hospital- Downey) and their patients and it's is also a stone throw away from a skate park for the youth and a retail center. While the highly contaminated Brownfield site has historically contained TCE, PCE, and arsenic amongst 250 other chemicals (with MOLD AND ASBESTOS) and people is getting sick when they work at this Studio ( film crew people / background extra actors and more).  ....I'm one of them that got SICK AND I'M MAD.  I have been sick (with many health issues) since June 2009, ....days after I stepped on this property....I did not know about this property site unil August 2,2009 when a LA Times article came out about this Studio / Property....(LA Times reporter Richard Verrier).  Now in the Month of November (going into December) 2009....the owner Stuart Lichter (his Company) IRG is going to lease-out this Contaminated site.....No-more movie Studio.  The talk is MAYBE (NOT SURE) ....that Telsa Motors is thinking about leaseIng  this property to make an assembly-line warehouse to make new electric-cars. ......NO ONE......NO COMPANY NEEDS TO BE ON THIS FORMER NASA-AEROSPACE SITE.  No more people needs to get SICK. The property Deed Papers states....NO CHILDREN, NO ELDERLY PEOPLE, NO WOMEN GOING TO GET PREGNANT, AND NO PEOPLE THAT HAS UPPER-RESPIRATORY PROBLEMS  needs to be on this property.....and they still let people onto the site.  People nationwide like reporters  needs to know this story.
