Floods in Downtown Manila due to sudden burst of rain

It suddenly rained heavily for an hour this afternoon, I waited for the rain to stop. After the rain stopped, I went outside to buy some construction materials in Chinatown. These are the pictures I took when I just stepped out of our street.

I had no choice but to postpone my trip because it was gridlock due to floods. Instead, i decided to go online and upload the pics. :-)

I was about to take videos of this but it was too risky to bring out a camphone in downtown manila. :-)
