Valley of no return
January 27, 2010 | Pololu, Hawaii | Vetting explained
The signs at the gates of the Pololu Valley, Kona.
Grow ops, wild men, hill billies, ex Viet Vets. Weird people all in a jungle that even the Feds don't venture into. Go down this trail at your peril.
If you made it in and out you were lucky, not smart.
The water has parasites. Lots of mosquitoes, no help and no friendlies. Tourists are not welcome here. Maybe a heli flyover is best for this one.

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
on air, or on any of CNN's platforms.
