Bozo in Shreveport
July 4, 2008 | Shreveport, Louisiana | Vetting explained
Does anyone remember Bozo's Big Top Show on KTBS in Shreveport, LA? It was on for 1-2 hours every morning from 1968-1970? It was one of the first kid's shows in Shreveport that was on in color.
Here are some pictures from that era. We had a lot of fun doing the show with Joe Miot, Terry McDonald (now a movie star Mac MacDonald), Drew Hunter, (AKA Dr. Death every Holloween) and a cast of anyone we could pull in off the street.
One of my neighbors who now lives in Lake Lure, NC used to watch it from Mansfield, LA when she was growing up. Wowie-Kazowie.
