Two Men Critical After Auto Crash In Severn, Maryland

Two men were seriously injured and at least two others injured when two sedans and a mini van collided on Telegraph Road just north of Route 32 in Severn Maryland at about 5:16 PM.
The impact caused one car to overturn trapping a 45 year old man who required extrication after which, he and a second 20 year old man were placed aboard a Maryland State Police helicopter that landed in a field next to the scene.They were both transported to Baltimore Shock Trauma.
At least two other people were transported from the scene by ambulance.
Traffic was halted in both directions and diverted during the incident .
The accident is under investigation by the Anne Arundel County Police.
