Kids moved back home

My son, in his 20s, had to move back home. On minimum wage and they take 70% of in child support...he has nothing. Even sold his car. He pays me a little to take him. So I get 4 hours sleep a night as he is 3rd shift and I am days. We barely eat good meals and his work is labor intensive. I make more than minimum but helping him. Our utilities have gone out of sky, not to mention food. He sufferes from severe acid reflux disease but can't afford medical.
