Not what I expected
This program was not groundbreaking to me. It was mostly
negative. It was like an extension of the evening news. All things
Negative about black people. I live in the Bronx, and I didn't see
anyone on the program like me... If the people that Solidad
reported on weren't poor and deprived, they were highly educated
and doing very well for themselves. I've worked at my current job
for the last 22 years, yes I struggle sometimes, and I am single.
But I do what I have to do for my family, always have with little
complaints. I send my daughter to private school so i have to
sacrafice having a car. I live in a cooperative building, and most
of my friends and associates are something like me. That program
made it seem like there is nothing good about being black.. I don't
even want to see what Solidad and her CNN crew is going to report
about the BLACK MAN. Lord help us! I love my people and yes there
are a lot of blacks that are down trotted. There are also lots of
blacks that do well for themselves, but believe me, there is a much
broader range of black people in America that was not shown on this
so called groundbreaking program. THUMBS DOWN ! O' Brian and CNN!
You're not much better then fox news.
