That's a Fake Name!
My name is Nirvana. Yes, like the band. But, my parents didn't name
me after the band, my mother loved the spiritual meaning! And no,
she wasn't a hippie or on drugs!! haha. I get asked almost anytime
people meet me if I changed my name or if it's fake. Most of the
time people think I'm giving them a fake. I've had some interesting
experiences like people singing Nirvana songs or telling me the
meaning over and over again (which I already know). I have grown to
love my name even though sometimes it can be a challenge for people
to believe it. ..and it's also a wonderful conversation starter!!
