On April 29 2007 I was 205 lbs. I was constaintly sick and needed a change. I got on my mountain bike the next day and a month later started road biking as well. I ended 2007 with over 4,000 road or trail miles. So far this year I have 3,800 miles on the road or trail. I have lost 20 to 25 lbs and I did not change how I eat. I run between 182 and 178 currently and eat whatever I want. I try to train at 100 to 150 miles a week on the bike. I have 8 centurys in so far this year. My goal is to ride over 6,000 miles this year.
