American Airlines Baggage Mess

Why did I have to be here for this mess. I was just trying to get home to see the wife. After missing my flight and being placed on standby for the second time within 24 hours. I find myself in the midst of this Baggage nightmare. Imagine being tolld that your bags will arrive okay and that nothing is broken and everything works, while you walk around the Departure area and see this.....
