Flash flooding in Cheyenne, WY 8-5-08

Attached is a photo taken by someone and emailed to me (sorry, I would give credit, but I don't know who took the photo).
Anyways, we had a major stormfront hit on Tuesday evening, blowing pretty much sideways. It caused flash flooding, and there were many streets (as in the picture I am sending) that were underwater and reports of cars, vans, etc. 'floating down the streets'.
