Not undecided
I have decided and my choice is Obama. It's regretful that we have
to hear that Obama doesn't have much experience because when I last
checked, neither person has any experience being president. Sure,
you can meet with heads of state, know their names, what they
drink, likes and dislikes, but until you carry the burden of the
presidency, you don't have experience. The way McCain pops off
sometimes, he's the last person I would like to represent the US.
We've suffered enough of that embarssment with the Washington
Cowboy (Bush). You'd have to take a pretty long look backward to
find a president (first term) to enter the office with experience.
Sure, lots of ideas but no experience.
I don't like the Republican stance on the war. I also don't
like their stance on the economy. The rich aren't the ones
suffering day to day like the middle class. And this notion that
the wealth will "trickle down" hasn't worked much in the 28 years
since the catch phrase was offered by Hollywood (Reagan).
I do like the Republican stance on defense so long as it is
defense and not offense. I like the notion of new blood in
Washington. Let the Washington insiders squirm a bit while the new
kids clean house. I think it will do us all some good.
