I wished Rice would just tell the damn truth.
She's suppose to be saying:
"Russia,
Right now We're stretch out across the globe and We're kinda too busy to protect our interest, plus, the Olympic games are in motion; which makes you exempt from bombing. BUT! as soon as We're done winning, We will get back with you on the subject.
-and Trust me; If it weren't for the above mentioned - We'd be on your ass like white-on-rice."
