If $4 a gallon isn't bad enough, some Shell customers in Connecticut are finding themselves confused and even feeling fooled at the pump by the practice now in use in some Shell stations of rearranging the display of grades of gasoline in a manner that may manipulate the customer into selecting and paying for a higher grade than intended.
