El Paso, Tx Police Chief Allen tells El Paso Realtors that only a curfew would stop violence in Juarez, MX, adjoining El Paso, declared already the most dangerous city in the world because of the drug cartel killings and occupied by the Mexican Army, that El Paso will be safe as long as everyone cooperates with the authorities, only major problem being domestic violence and that Realtors are not bound by client agent confidentiality when a crime is suspected and thus drug dealers who approach the Realtors and tell the Realtors they live off drug deals are to be denounced inmediately.
