Moratoriums on Oil Exploration
Objectives:
1. Enforce the stoppage of all off-shore drilling operations. Protect our beaches for tourism dollars to off-set any lost energy monies.
2. Stop all global off-shore drilling.
3. Reframe Oil Companies from continual terrorism by drilling holes in Earth, thus, damaging God's Nuclear Power Plant.
4. For the educated, The Energy Crisis is a mental complex. The size of our brain dictate the magnitude of the * Energy Crisis Scare *(ECS).
5. A Preliminary Legal Brief (PLB) of Environmental Compliance (EC). Please continue my quest for a safe environment.

Background:
Our Congress and President must stay focus on the * damage *that our past energy concepts have caused on the planet Earth. It must be understood, and it must be clear , drilling into a Nuclear Power Plant (Earth) is dangerous in its own right. * Oil exploration is a self-fulfilling act of terrorism.* This behavior violates the *Laws of Nature.* Oil companies are criminals on this domain, if, they continue their quest to drill holes for not. Our Oil Companies, CEO's must take a class in Physics 101 . Ladies and gentlemen, Earth is a Nuclear Power Plant. Don't rock the Vessel (DRV)!







Comment:
I am asking our Oil Companies to join the American people with great emphasis, and embarrass the * People's Global Renaissance (PGR).* The American people have taken the sacrifice of higher gas prices, so, our Country can achieve Energy Independence (EI) . Until, the Midwest Flooding event that occurred against our Farmers. The American Farmer personally took this nation on their shoulders to Energy Independence (EI). However, the change in weather stopped further production and development of the * American Bio-Fuel Industry.* Because, of their efforts, America would have been the lead nation to report to the World our Energy Independence (EI).
With public sacrifice and public investment in Bio-Fuels, Fusion Power Sources (FPS), Lithium/Fuel Cell Technology for Batteries (BT), Uehdral Technology (Transducers), and a Comprehensive Energy Conservation Policy (CECP), as an educated man in America, where is the Energy Crisis? However, if , I sided, and supported the Oil Companies and the Republican Party, then yes, there is an Energy Crisis. Today, I report to the World, fear not , the Oil Companies and the Republican Party have trumped up the Energy Crisis as a curve directly related to the size of the human brains. The Energy Crisis is a mental complex to hegemonolise money invested in Wall Street with a Chicken Kicker (CK) going to John McCain, and the Republican Party.
For the Oil industry: Nature, the American people and our Education Community have the answer to our energy needs. The Oil Companies and the Republic Party are mandated by the America people to uphold the Laws of Nature. Oil Companies and the Republic Party, "Don't Rock the Vessel!" (DRV)
