Teens & Alcohol = Fatality

25 years ago is when the federal law established the legal drinking age is 21 years of age. Why change it back to 18 years of age? There is enough violence in High Schools today and if you have seniors in High Schools buying alocohol for their friends under the age of 18, the teen fatality rate will rise. Can you live with this America? Can you sleep at night, knowing teens in school will be driving around town on Friday and Saturday nights, drinking under the age of 18? Colleges and Universities want this change because they do not want to bear the burden of under age drinking on their campuses. They want High Schools, City Government and Parents to handle the burden of under age drinking, yet this time it will be common for ages 15-17.
In response to assignment: Should U.S. lower drinking age?
