Ignoring health warnings to stay out of the flooded streets left by the deluge of Tropical Storm Fay, children and adults alike were out in abundance trekking down submerged streets, barely avoiding the dangers of passing motorists. Many of whom took the opportunity to race through the flood waters with their 4x4 vehicles spraying waves over the pedestrians on the side of the road.
