Illegal Aliens...Ranch Country Of South Texas
August 22, 2008 | falfurrias, Texas | Vetting explained
While on a hunting trip with my son, our stealth Cam took some wonderful shots of wildlife...and imagine to our surprise when we connected the camera to our laptop...Illegal aliens walking near a feeding area we had setup. Located just north of Falfurrias, Tx near the Homeland Security checkpoint.
In other occasions we have recorded on video as much as 100 illegal's passing by, mostly in the holiday season like Christmas and New Year.
It's sad but sometimes most of this persons don't make it, get heat stroke or snake bit. At a family members ranch just west from me, this past summer a young mans skeletal remains were found. Coyotes and Wild Boars had already eaten most of him, my dad was an immigrant and I thank God every day for being born in the US; I definetley think there should be a better way to get here legally.

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
