August 24, 2008 | Moore Haven, Florida | Vetting explained
The Bear, amateur storm chaser and creator of www.BearPawsWeather.com, took
these videos while the eyewall was passing over Moore Haven, FL this
on Tuesday afternoon. Some were taken from outside of the vehicle, others were
taken from inside the vehicle. The center of the eye was calm as
some of the videos indicated, however, as the the eyewall passed
over the winds were approximately 85mph, as indicated by a

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
